Cake Flavors
Sweet Butter Baking’s cakes are finished with Andrea’s Signature Swiss Meringue Buttercream, which is light and has the perfect balance of sweetness. Only non-gmo flour and the highest quality of ingredients, including organic fruit, and many locally produced items are selected for each cake.
Andrea’s white vanilla cakes are rich, yet light and buttery. The chocolate cakes are moist, and made with artisan chocolate. Andrea also offers some unique, signature New Mexico inspired cakes, such as the Land of Enchantment Cake, New Mexico Pink Champagne Cake and NM Chocolate Decadence Cake!
Andrea puts a huge amount of time and care into every cake. Fresh caramel is cooked, organic lemons are squeezed for fruit curd, sparkling Gruet wine is simmered for pink champagne cake, and meringue is whipped for buttercream.
