Hi, I'm Andrea Schulte

As a classically trained Pastry Chef, I have been making wedding cakes for over 20 years. I’m here to make your cake dreams into a reality. Celebrate and eat cake!

I completed Culinary Schooling at Johnson & Wales University in Charleston, SC where I earned degrees in Baking & Pastry Arts, Culinary Arts, and a Bachelor’s in Food Service Management. Throughout my career I have worked as Pastry Chef in many hotels and resorts, as a private chef, catered special events, and owned the New Mexico Pie Company bakery.  I’m also a Culinary School Instructor at Central New Mexico Community College, where I teach Baking & Pastry Arts and Entrepreneurial Courses.
